Paksiw na Bangus

With the distinct sourness from vinegar, combined with garlic, this dish has become a hit in every Filipino household! Don't miss out on this bangus recipe that combines your favorite flavors!

INGREDIENTS

1/2 kg boneless bangus, cut into pieces
1 sachet MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pc chili finger (siling panigang)
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp black peppercorn
1 pc thumb-sized ginger, cut into strips

Directions

1. Season bangus with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®.

2. Sauté garlic , ginger and finger chili in oil. Add bangus, vinegar and peppercorn. Simmer for 2 minutes.

3. Add water and simmer for another 10 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
