Pork Pata Sinigang

The tanginess of the sinigang is beautifully absorbed by the pork in this recipes.

INGREDIENTS

1 kg sliced pork pata (front)
6 cups water
1 pc medium onion, quartered
2 pcs tomatoes, quartered
2 pcs gabi, quartered
1 pc finger chili
1/2 cup radish
1/2 cup okra
1/2 cup sitaw
1 pack MAGGI Magic Sinigang Original Sampalok Mix 22g
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 cup picked leaves and tender stems of kangkong

Directions

1.  Simmer pork, onion, tomato, gabi and finger chili in water until tender. Mash gabi to thicken the soup.

2. Add radish, okra, and sitaw with 2-minute intervals.

3. Pour MAGGI Magic Sinigang Original Sampalok Mix and fish sauce. Stir in kangkong. Transfer into a bowl and serve immediately.
