Pork Pata Sinigang

The tanginess of the sinigang is beautifully absorbed by the pork in this recipes.

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 liters rice washing or water
2 pcs medium tomatoes, cut into quarters
1 pc medium onion, cut into quarters
2 pcs siling panigang
1 kg pork pata, sliced
5 pcs sigarilyas, sliced
2 pack/s MAGGI MAGIC SINIGANG®
2 cups pechay

Directions

1.  Simmer rice washing with tomatoes, onion, siling panigang and pork bata for 1 hour or until pata is very tender

2.  Add sigarilyas and simmer. Stir in MAGGI MAGIC SINIGANG® Original Sampalok Mix. Bring to a simmer.

3.  Add pechay.
