Fried Tilapia

Crispy and tender, this dish is simple but a Classic in every Filipino household.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 kg cleaned tilapia, scored
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® Magic Isda
1 cup vegetable oil

Directions

1. Season tilapia with MAGGI MAGIC ISDA.

2. Preheat oil in large pan and pan fry tilapia for 4 minutes per side.

3. Transfer into a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Transfer into a plate and serve
