Sinigang na Sugpo sa Gata

Ever wondered how Sinigang and gata would taste? Find out and prepare it!

INGREDIENTS

1 liter water
2 pcs medium tomato, cut into quarters
1 pc medium onion, cut into quarters
1 pc tanglad stalk, pounded and cut into 1 inch pieces
2 pcs siling panigang
4 pcs gabi, peeled and cut in half
1 pack MAGGI MAGIC SINIGANG®
1 cup coconut cream
1/2 kg sugpo

Directions

1  In a pot, bring water to a simmer with tomato, onion, tanglad, siling panigang and gabi. Simmer until gabi is tender.

2  Add MAGGI MAGIC SINIGANG® Original Sampaloc Mix and coconut cream.

3  Add sugpo and simmer until it turns orange, about 2 minutes.

4.  Add kangkong and turn off heat.
