Tom Yum Meatballs

A cup of meatball soup is the perfect dish for a rainy night!

INGREDIENTS

1 kg ground pork
2 sachets MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
1 bundle kangkong leaves, chopped finely
2 pcs eggs
10 cups water
4 stalks lemongrass, sliced and bruised
4 pcs kaffir lime leaves
2 tbsp julienned ginger
1 pack MAGGI MAGIC SINIGANG Sampalok Mix
2-3 pcs Thai chillies, sliced
1 can straw mushrooms, halved
4-5 tbsp patis
1/2 - 1 cup cilantro

Directions

1.  Combine meatball ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Form into balls and chill.

2.  In a stockpot, combine water with lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, ginger, MAGGI MAGIC SINIGANG© sa Sampalok Mix, and Thai chillies. Boil for 10-15 minutes to infuse flavors.

3.  Drop prepared meatballs into the pot and simmer until meatballs float to the top. Add straw mushrooms and patis. Simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. Remove from heat and add cilantro.
