1 Sauté garlic in oil. Add papaya and monggo. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Transfer into a large plate or a tray to cool. Mix in egg whites.
2. To assemble, lay lumpia wrapper flat and place 3 tbsp of the vegetable mixture. Add 2 tbsp of the ground longganisa. Make a well and carefully nest the egg yolk in the middle.
3. Spread the flour and water mixture on the side and carefully fold making a half circle. Seal the sides tightly.
4. Deep fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown over medium heat. Assemble and cook the rest of the empanada.
5. Drain excess oil in a rack or paper towels. Serve warm with preferred spiced vinegar.
