With its delicious and simple taste, this traditional Visayan vegetable soup is another way to make your kids eat vegetables.
1. Preheat oil in a pan. Season galunggong with 1/2 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and fry in oil for 3 minutes per side. Drain excess oil. Pick the bones and set aside.
2. Combine water and gabi in a pot. Bring to simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Add kalabasa and simmer for another 5 minutes. Add sitaw, eggplant and okra and simmer for another 5 minutes.
3. Stir in patola and fried galunggong. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Stir in malunggay and alugbati. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve with rice
