Baked Fish Fillet

Nurture a love for seafood with this tasty recipe.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup evaporated milk
1 tbsp flour
1 sachet MAGGI Magic Sarap®
400 g lean fish fillet
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 pc lemon, juiced
1/8 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
50 g cheddar cheese, grated
50 g quick-melting cheese, grated

Directions

1.  Pour evaporated milk in a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer. Whisk in flour in the milk and cook until slightly thickened. Season with half sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Set aside.

2.  Season the fish with the other half sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®, paprika and pepper.

3.  Place the fish on a baking dish. Pour in the melted butter, lemon juice and thickened milk.

4. Top with the grated cheddar and quick-melting cheese and broil in a preheated oven 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
