Chopsuey with Shrimp

Tired of the usual stir-fried veggies? Add some protein in your Chopsuey dish for a change!

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pc small onions, julienned
1 pc small red bell pepper, julienned
100 g trimmed swahe
1 cup water
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
1/2 cup florets of cauliflower
1/2 cup halved and biased carrot
1/2 cup biased sayote
1/2 cup 2 1/2-inched Baguio Beans
1 cup 2-inch pieces cabbage

Directions

1  Combine garlic and oil in a wok. Sauté until light golden brown. Add onion and bell pepper and sauté for 1 minute.

2. Stir in shrimp and sauté for 1 minute. Pour water, bring to a boil and season with 1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®.

3. Stir in cauliflower, carrot, sayote, Baguio beans and cabbage with 1 minute intervals. Transfer into a serving plate and serve.
