1.Combine oil and garlic and sauté until
golden brown. Add onion and tomato and sauté for 2 minutes.
2.Add bagoong alamang and
sauté for 1 minute. Make a well and sauté swahe in the middle for 1 minute. Pour water,
bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
3.Add kalabasa and simmer for 2 minutes. Add okra and
simmer for 1 minute. Add sitaw and
simmer for 1 minute. Add ampalaya and
simmer for 1 minute. Add eggplant and simmer for 5 minutes.
4.Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and simmer
for another minute. Transfer into a serving plate and serve.
