Egg Stuffed Baked Tomato

INGREDIENTS

4 pcs large salad tomato
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
4-8 tbsp grated cheddar cheese
4 pcs basil leaves
4 pcs large eggs

Directions

1. Wash tomatoes and cut off top. Remove core, flesh and seeds using a spoon. Turn upside down to drain.

2.Place tomatoes on a baking tray. Season with dried thyme, dried oregano, pepper and half sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Drizzle with olive oil. Roast in a pre-heated 400°F oven for about 15 minutes.

3.Remove from oven. Add 1-2 tbsp of cheese to the bottom of the tomato. Place a piece of basil and carefully crack an egg into the tomato. Season with remaining sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®.

4.Return inside the oven and bake until egg is just set, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside to rest for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
