1. For the dressing, combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl, mix well and set aside.
2. Toss salmon cubes in lemon juice.
3. Combine salmon with mango, cucumber and carrot. Pour in prepared dressing and mix well.
4. Toss in shell pasta, transfer into a serving platter and garnish with nori.
5. Serve immediately.

1/2 pc lemon, juiced

1 sheet nori, roll and cut into thin strips
1/3 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
2/3 cup corn oil
1-2 tbsp prepared wasabi paste
1 tsp chili flakes
