Japanese Inspired Pasta Salad

Thinking of a quick meal to serve? Here’s an Asian-inspired salad which you can toss and serve in less than 20 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

300 g salmon sashimi, medium diced
1/2 pc lemon, juiced
1 pc ripe mango, medium diced
1 pc medium cucumber, medium diced
1 pc medium carrot, shredded
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
200 g shell pasta, cooked according to package directions
1 sheet nori, roll and cut into thin strips
1/3 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
2/3 cup corn oil
1-2 tbsp prepared wasabi paste
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
1 tsp chili flakes

Directions

1. For the dressing, combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl, mix well and set aside.

2. Toss salmon cubes in lemon juice.

3. Combine salmon with mango, cucumber and carrot. Pour in prepared dressing and mix well.

4. Toss in shell pasta, transfer into a serving platter and garnish with nori.

 5. Serve immediately.
