One of the must-tries in Filipino cuisine, this Pork Sisig will surely be a hit with the family.
1. Simmer pork cheeks in water until tender. Drain and set aside to cool. Cut into 1/2 inch thick slices and season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Coat pork with oil and grill over medium heat until crunchy and golden brown. Coarsely chop and set aside.
2. Season chicken liver with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Coat lightly with oil and grill for 3-4 minutes per side. Rest for 2 minutes, coarsely chop and set aside.
3. Combine pork cheeks, chicken liver, onion, garlic, ginger, chili, sugar, calamansi juice and MAGGI ® SAVOR. Gently mix. Serve in a sizzling plate.
