1. Season chicken with ½
sachet of MAGGI MAGIC Chicken. Heat oil in a pan and sear chicken until light
golden brown. Remove and set aside.
2. Sauté garlic and onion in the same pan. Add
carrot, bell peppers and pineapple and sauté for 5 minutes. Pour water from the
canned pineapple and seared chicken and simmer for 20
3. Season with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI
MAGIC Chicken and pepper. Pour evaporated milk and simmer for another minute.
Transfer into a serving plate and serve

1 sachets MAGGI MAGIC CHICKEN®
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 pc small onion, small diced
1/4 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 pc small carrot, sliced diagonally
1/2 pc small red bell pepper, large diced
2 tbsp evaporated milk
1/2 pc green bell pepper, large diced
1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup reserved pineapple water
