1. Season chicken with 2 sachets MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and sear in oil until golden brown, set aside.
2. Saute garlic and onion in the same pan. Add pineapple with liquid and transfer to a pot. Add seared chicken, then simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Add carrot and bell peppers, then simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Add evaporated milk, bring to a simmer and season with 1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Check seasoning and serve.
