Easy Minestrone

Experience this classic, hearty Minestrone, rich in lycopene!

INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp olive oil
1 pc medium onion, small diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 slices bacon, chopped
1 stalk celery, small diced
1 pc medium carrot, small diced
4 cups water
400 g can crushed tomatoes
1 pc medium zucchini, small diced
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 sachets 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
400 g can cannellini beans, drained
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat, sauté onion, garlic, and bacon for 2 minutes. Add celery and carrot and cook for another 2 minutes. Add water, bring to a boil, skim the scum, add crushed tomato and simmer for 30 minutes.

 2. Add zucchini and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Add beans and bring to simmer.

 3. Transfer into a serve into bowl and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
