Simple and easy to prepare. This appetizer is surely a crowd pleaser!
1. Season boiling water with 5 tablespoons of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Boil shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes, strain and place in ice water. Peel and set aside.
2. Chop egg whites and mash egg yolks. Set aside.
3. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, onions, celery, sugar, butter, egg yolks, egg whites and shrimp. Season with the remaining MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®.
4. Place shrimp salad in fried prawn crackers, garnish with alfalfa sprouts and serve.
Do not buy cooked shrimp that is displayed alongside raw ones. Bacteria from raw can contaminate cooked seafood.

3 kg shrimp, rinsed and drained
2 liters water
1 pack 50g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
15 pcs eggs, hard-boiled
3 cups mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
3 pcs large onions, finely chopped
3 cups chopped celery
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp softened butter
2 pack/s round prawn crackers, cooked according to package direction
1 pack alfalfa sprouts
