Tuna and Penne Pasta

This is a playful way of preparing pantry staples that's perfect for lunch or dinner.

INGREDIENTS

200 g penne rigate pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, sliced
1 pc small onion, small diced
1 pc red chili, sliced
1/2 cup cherry tomato, halved
1/2 cup canned tuna, crumbled
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp minced parsley
1 tbsp grated parmesan

Directions

1. Bring water into a rapid boil. Drop penne pasta, gently stir and boil according to package direction or until al dente.

2 .Meanwhile, sweat garlic and onion in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add chili, tomato and tuna. Cook for 2 minutes.

3. Drain pasta and toss in the mixture. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Finish with parsley. Transfer into a serving plate and garnish with parmesan cheese.
