1. Combine pork and water in a pot. Bring to a boil skim the scum, add onion and tomato and simmer while covered for 45 minutes.
2. Add finger chili, radish, okra and sitaw with 2-minute intervals.

4. Stir in kangkong. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
