There's something festive about having Lumpiang Shanghai on the buffet table, wouldn't you agree?
1. Combine ground pork, onion and carrot in a bowl. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and mix thoroughly.
2. Place 2 Tbsp of the meat on a lumpia wrapper, fold the sides towards the middle, roll and seal with flour and water mixture.
3. Assemble all Lumpiang Shanghai and fry in preheated oil for 3-5minutes or until golden brown.
4. Drain excess oil and serve with catsup.
Excess oil of fried foods can be removed using colander or wire rack. This also helps maintain the crispy texture of fried foods and reduce your fat intake.
