1. Place pork belly in a pot just big enough to hold the meat and the water. Pour water and bring to simmer. Cook over low heat for 2 hours.
2. Add garlic, peppercorn and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Continue to simmer until very tender. Drain and set aside to cool. Preheat turbo broiler at 375°F.
3. Score the skin and brush with MAGGI SAVOR. Place pork in a rack in the turbo broiler. Broil until skin is crisp and golden brown.
4. Remove from the turbo broiler and rest for 10 minute. Cut into serving pieces, transfer into a serving plate and serve with preferred sauce.
Broiling and grilling helps render out the excess fat from the meat which may help reduce fat intake.
