Fiesta Crispy Pata

For a sure-shot potluck hit, prepare this Crispy Pata and you're sure to impress the group!

INGREDIENTS

2 pcs pata
2 pcs bay leaves
1 tbsp black peppercorn
1 pc onion, quartered
4 cloves garlic, crushed
4 sachets 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
4 liters Oil for deep frying

Directions

1. Place pork in a pot, barely cover with water, bring to a boil, skim the scum and simmer for 1 hour.

2. Add bay leaves, pepper, garlic and onion and season heavily with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Simmer until tender. Drain and let it stand for 1 hour. 

3. Preheat oil and deep fry pork until crispy. Drain excess oil and rest for 10minutes. Chop, transfer into a serving plate and serve with Vinegar Soy Dip.
