1. Season fish fillet with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and set aside.
2. Whisk egg, all purpose flour and cornstarch in a large bowl. Add fish and coat well.
3. Carefully drop battered fish in preheated oil and fry over medium high heat until golden brown. Transfer into a cooling rack to drain excess oil and set aside.
4. Sauté garlic, onion and tomato in oil for about 10 minutes. Add yellow beans and pour MAGGI Oyster sauce. Add fish, gently toss and transfer into a serving plate. Serve.

1/2 kg dory fillet, cut into strips
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
2 pcs eggs
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup cornstarch
3 cups vegetable oil
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 head garlic, minced
1 pc large onion, small diced
8 pcs tomato, small diced
1/4 cup salted yellow beans, rinsed well
2 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
