When you have guests to impress, here's one dish that will defintely become the star of your celebration. Your guests will love this Roast Pork dish!
1. Marinate pork with MAGGI® Oyster Sauce,MAGGI® SOY COOKING & SEASONING SAUCE and calamansi juice overnight in the refrigerator.
2. Remove pork from refrigerator 2 hours before roasting. Roll and tie the pork using butcher’s twine. Place in a roasting pan with rack and roast in 375°F preheated oven for 2 hours. Remove from the oven and rest for 30 minutes.
3. Combine cream of mushroom soup and water in a pot. Bring to simmer and stir in MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and parsley. Transfer into a serving bowl.
4. Cut pork into serving pieces and serve with sauce.
Resting the meat before slicing enables the juice to redistribute in the meat, resulting to a juicier and more flavorful dish.

1 tbsp minced parsley
