Roast Pork

When you have guests to impress, here's one dish that will defintely become the star of your celebration. Your guests will love this Roast Pork dish!

INGREDIENTS

2 kg whole pork kasim
1/4 cup MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
1/4 cup MAGGI® Soy Sauce
1/4 cup calamansi juice
1 small can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp minced parsley

Directions

1. Marinate pork with MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, MAGGI® Soy Sauce and calamansi juice overnight in the refrigerator.

2. Remove pork from refrigerator 2 hours before roasting. Roll and tie the pork using butcher’s twine. Place in a roasting pan with rack and roast in 375°F preheated oven for 2 hours. Remove from the oven and rest for 30 minutes.

3. Combine cream of mushroom soup and water in a pot. Bring to simmer and stir in MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and parsley. Transfer into a serving bowl.

4. Cut pork into serving pieces and serve with sauce.
