1. Heat oil in a pot and sauté onion, tomato, ginger and finger chili for 5 minutes.
2. Add chicken and fish sauce. Cover and cook for 10 minutes while stirring every few minutes.
3. Pour water, bring to a boil and skim the scum. Stir in tamarind leaves and simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Add sitaw and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in MAGGI MAGIC SINIGANG. Transfer into and serving bowl and serve.
