Your fried bangus will ever be the same again
1. Season bangus with MAGGI® MAGIC ISDA.
2. Preheat oil in large pan and pan fry bangus for 4 minutes per side.
3. Transfer into a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Transfer into a plate and serve.
To prevent the oil from splattering, drain the fish before frying.
