Make your everyday fried fish even better with ginger, garlic, onion, and calamansi!

INGREDIENTS

1/2 kg matambaka, scored
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC ISDA
1 cup vegetable oil

Directions

1. Season matambaka with MAGGI® MAGIC ISDA.

2. Preheat oil in large pan and pan fry matambaka for 4 minutes per side.

3. Transfer into a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Transfer into a plate and serve
