Have your favorite fried fish without the lansa!

INGREDIENTS

1/2 kg cleaned tanigue steaks
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC ISDA
1 cup vegetable oil

Directions

1. Season tanigue with MAGGI MAGIC ISDA.

2. Preheat oil in large pan and pan fry tanigue for 4 minutes per side.

3. Transfer into a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Transfer into a plate and serve
