INGREDIENTS

1/2 kg cleaned and boneless bangus
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC ISDA
1/4 cup vinegar
1 head garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 cup vegetable oil

Directions

1. Marinate bangus with MAGGI MAGIC ISDA, vinegar, garlic and pepper for 1 hour.

2. Preheat oil in large pan and pan fry bangus for 4 minutes per side.

3. Transfer into a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Transfer into a plate and serve
