1. Heat oil in a pot and sauté shrimp shells. Crush heads to extract more of its flavor. Pour water, bring to a boil, skim the scum and simmer for 30 minutes. Strain into another pot.
2. Add chili paste, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves and finger chili. Simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Pour MAGGI Sinigang Mix and season with fish sauce and sugar.
4. Add mushrooms, shrimp and coconut cream and simmer for 1 minute. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve with cilantro and lime wedges.

1 kg large shrimps, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 . 2 liter water
1 tbsp chili paste
2 stalks lemongrass, 1-inch biased
2 pcs thumb size galangal, peeled and sliced
4 pcs kaffir lime leaves
2 pcs green finger chili
1 pack MAGGI® Magic Sinigang Original Sampalok Mix
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 can sliced mushrooms, rinsed well
1 cup coconut cream (optional)
6 sprigs cilantro, picked
1 pc lime, into wedges
