Sinigang na Lechon
1. Combine onion, tomato, lemongrass, finger chili and water in a pot. Bring to a boil and simmer while covered for 10 minutes.
2. Add radish, okra and sitaw with 2-minute intervals.
3. Pour MAGGI MAGIC Siningang Original, fish sauce and sugar. Add lechon and simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Stir in kangkong. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.

1 pc finger chili
1/2 cup 50 g biased radish
1/2 cup 50 g biased okra
1/2 cup 50 g 2 ½ -inch pieces sitaw

1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 kg lechon, cut into serving pieces
1 cup 50 g picked kangkong leaves
