Add a surprising twist to your usual grilled pork belly with green mango!
1. Marinate pork in MAGGI Sinigang Mix, MAGGI Soy Sauce, pepper, brown sugar and red chili. Mix well and marinate overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 2 hours before grilling.
2. Preheat a clean grill. Coat the pork with oil and grill for 4-5 minutes per side. Set aside for 10 minutes.
3. Cut into serving pieces. Transfer into a serving plate and serve with atchara and spiced vinegar
Grilling pork belly allows you to render out some of the fat from the meat. No need to baste it with additional oil.
