Grilled Pork Belly Green Mango Surprise

Add a surprising twist to your usual grilled pork belly with green mango!

INGREDIENTS

1 kg ½-inch thick pork belly slices
1 pack MAGGI® Green Mango Sinigang Surprise
3 tbsp MAGGI® SOY COOKING & SEASONING SAUCE
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 pc red chili, sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

1. Marinate pork in MAGGI Sinigang Mix, MAGGI® SOY COOKING  & SEASONING SAUCE , pepper, brown sugar and red chili. Mix well and marinate overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 2 hours before grilling. 

2. Preheat a clean grill. Coat the pork with oil and grill for 4-5 minutes per side. Set aside for 10 minutes. 

3. Cut into serving pieces. Transfer into a serving plate and serve with atchara and spiced vinegar

GOOD TO KNOW:
