Chicken Bihon Guisado

INGREDIENTS

2 pcs boneless chicken breast
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc small onion, julienned
1/2 cup MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
150 g bihon, soaked in water
1 pc carrot, cut into 2-inch strips and blanched
1 cup biased and blanched green beans
1 cup ite-size pieces and blanched cabbage
2 tbsp sliced spring onion
1 tbsp toasted garlic

Directions

1. Simmer chicken in water with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Remove chicken, set aside to cool and shred. Reserve chicken stock.

2. Sauté garlic and onion in oil in a wok. Pour chicken stock and bring to simmer. Add MAGGI Oyster Sauce and pepper. 

3. Add bihon, vegetables, chicken and spring onion. Gently stir and transfer into a serving plate. Garnish with toasted garlic and serve.
