Sinigang na Bangus

This Sinigang na Bangus recipe is perfect for when you're craving some sour goodness!

INGREDIENTS

1 liter water
1 pc medium onion, quartered
2 pcs tomatoes, quartered
2 pcs finger chili
1/2 cup 50g biased radish
1/2 cup 50g biased okra
1/2 cup 50g 2-inch pieces sitaw
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC ISDA
1 pack 22g MAGGI MAGIC SINIGANG Original
1/2 kg 2-inch pieces boneless bangus
1/2 cup 50g picked kangkong leaves

Directions

1. Combine water, onion and tomato, bring to a boil and simmer while covered for 30 minutes over low heat.

2. Add finger chili, radish, okra and sitaw with 2-minute intervals. 

3. Add MAGGI MAGIC ISDA and MAGGI MAGIC SINIGANG. Add bangus and simmer for 1 minute. Stir in kangkong. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
