This breakfast dish is packed with protein and easy to prepare!
1. Sauté garlic, onion and tomato, crab fat and calamansi juice in oil. Add crab and sauté for 1 minute.
2.Season with 1 tbsp of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Stir in spring onion.
3.Beat eggs and season with remaining ½ tbsp of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Pour egg in the pan and stir until barely set. Cover with plate, flip and slide back in the pan to cook the other side. Rest for 10 minutes. Cut into serving pieces, transfer into a plate and serve.
