Do something different with a typical Pinoy vegetable dish!
1.Sauté garlic and onion in oil. Pour water and bring to a boil.
2.Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and sugar. Slowly pour cornstarch and water mixture to thicken sauce.
3.Add vegetables, squid and quail egg. Stir well. Transfer into a serving plate and serve.

1 pc small red bell pepper, medium diced
1 cup water
2 tbsp MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tbsp water
1 cup oblique carrot, blanched
1 cup trimmed snow peas, blanched
1 cup canned young corn, halved
1 cup canned straw mushroom
1 cup broccoli florets, blanched
1 cup squid rings, blanched
12 pcs quail eggs, boiled and peeled
