This Chicken Alfredo is another classic take on cream sauce, which the kids will surely enjoy
1. Season chicken with ½ sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and 1/8 tsp of pepper. Set aside.
2. Cook spaghetti according to package direction.
3. Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan and sauté chicken for 2 minutes. Add garlic and onion and continue to sauté for 2 minutes. Pour Nestlé Fresh Milk, Nestlé All Purpose Cream and water. Stir in cheese and bring to gentle simmer. Season with remaining sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®, 1/8 tsp of pepper and nutmeg.
4. Strain spaghetti and toss in the sauce. Finish with parsley. Transfer into a serving plate and serve.
Adding milk to cream prevents it from curdling. Milk also has lower fat content compared to cream yet still providing creaminess to the dish.

1/4 kg boneless and skinless chicken thigh, large diced
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 pack 200g Amigo spaghetti
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc onion, small diced
1 pc 250 ml Nestlé Fresh Milk
1/2 cup Nestlé All Purpose Cream
1/2 cup water
4 tbsp grated cheese
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tbsp minced parsley
