Salted Egg Spaghetti

You might be surprised to learn that salted egg works great even with a pasta dish!

INGREDIENTS

Directions

1. Cook spaghetti according to package direction.

2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic until golden brown. Add chili and salted egg yolk and cook for 1 minute. Pour Nestlé Fresh Milk, Nestlé All Purpose Cream and water. Stir in cheese and bring to gentle simmer. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and pepper.

3. Strain pasta and toss in the sauce. Transfer into a serving plate garnish with spring onion and serve.
