Achieve the meaty taste of pork with just a little meat and a lot of veggies!

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 kg pork belly, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc thumb-size ginger, cut into thin strips
1 pc small onion, small diced
1 tbsp bagoong alamang
1 cup water
1/4 kg cubed calabasa, blanched
1/4 kg sitaw, cut into 2-inch pieces and blanched
1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC PORK®
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
2 pcs red chili
1 cup coconut cream

Directions

1. Heat oil in a pot and sauté pork, garlic, ginger and onion. Add bagoong alamang and cook for 1 minute.

2. Pour water and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with 1 sachet of MAGGI MAGIC Pork and pepper. Add blanched pumpkin, yard long bean and red chili.

3. Finish with coconut cream and simmer for another minute.  Transfer into a serving plate and serve.
