Scrambled Egg with Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc onion, chopped
1 pc small red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup peeled and deveined small shrimps
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
6 pcs eggs
1 tbsp minced parsley

Directions

1. Sauté garlic, onion, bell pepper in butter. Add shrimp and season with ½ sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®.

2. Beat eggs and season with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. 

3. Pour beaten egg and gently stir over medium heat until barely set. Transfer into a plate and garnish with parsley.

Notes:

Shrimp may be replaced with cooked crab meat or fish.

Best paired with toasted bread.
