Just a little pork and a lot of meatiness

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc small onion, cut into strips
100 grams sliced pork belly
2 cups water
1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC PORK
2 tbsp MAGGI SOY COOKING & SEASONING SAUCE
1/4 kg pansit canton
1 pc small carrot, cut into strips and blanched
1/4 head small cabbage, sliced and blanched
6 pcs calamansi

Directions

1. Saute garlic, onion and pork in oil.

2. Pour water and simmer. Season with MAGIG MAGIC PORK and MAGGI SOY.

3. Stir in noodles, carrot and cabbage. Transfer into a serving plate and serve.

GOOD TO KNOW:

Add vegetables like green beans, young corn, mushrooms and snow peas to make the dish more nutritious.
