1. Combine ground pork, onion and carrot. Season with 1/2 sachet of MAGGI MAGIC PORK. Mix, form into meatballs and set aside.
2. Saute garlic and onion in oil in a pot. Pour water and simmer. Add meatballs and sayote and simmer.
3. Season with remaining 1/2 sachet of MAGGI MAGIC PORK. Stir in spring onion. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
Best served with fried fish. Sayote may be replaced with upo or patola.

2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 pc onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup sliced sayote
1/2 bundle miswa
1 tbsp sliced spring onion
