1. Combine ground pork, onion and carrot. Season with 1 sachet of MAGGI
MAGIC SARAP. Mix, form into meatballs and set aside.
2. Sauté garlic and onion in oil in a pot. Pour water and simmer. Drop the
meatball and simmer for 2 minutes.
3. Season with 1 MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Stir in patola, misua and
spring onion. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
Best served with fried fish. Sayote may be replaced with upo or patola.

1/4 kg fresh ground pork
2 tbsp minced onion
2 tbsp grated carrot
2 sachets MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc onion, chopped
3 cups water
1 pc small patola, sliced
1 bundle miswa
1 tbsp sliced spring onion
