Fried Lumpiang Togue

Meaty deliciousness in bite-sized pieces

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp vegetable oil
100 grams freshly ground pork
1/2 cup strips of carrot
2 cups togue, rinsed and drained well
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC PORK
6 pcs large lumpia wrapper
2 cups vegetable oil for frying
1/2 cup spiced vinegar

Directions

1. Saute carrot, togue and cabbage in oil. Season with MAGGI MAGIC PORK and transfer on a large plate to cool.

2. Wrap 3 tbsp of vegetable mixture with lumpia wrapper.

3. Fry in oil until golden brown. Serve with preferred spiced vinegar.
