Kimchi Fried Rice (Bokkeumbap)

Feel the heat when you mix kimchi into your rice

INGREDIENTS

4 pcs chopped bacon
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 pc onion, sliced
1 cup chopped prepared Kimchi
2 cups rice
1 pack MAGGI® MAGIC PORK
1/4 cup sliced Shitake mushroom
1/4 cup Enoki mushroom
2 tbsp chili paste (optional)
1 pc Fried egg

Directions

1.Put bacon and cook until fat is extracted. Sauté the garlic and onion in bacon fat until translucent.

2.Stir-in kimchi then rice. Season with MAGGI MAGIC PORK and mix thoroughly until fully incorporated.

3.Add mushrooms and chili paste to taste. Cook while stirring for another minute.

4.Top with fried egg if desired before serving.
