INGREDIENTS

1 cup cornstarch
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 cups cold water
1 pc egg, beaten
2 cups shredded kalabasa, squeeze water out using a clean kitchen towel
100 grams small shrimps
4 cups vegetable oil for deep frying
1/2 cup spiced vinegar

Directions

1.Mix cornstarch, flour, MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®, baking powder and the cold water to make a smooth batter.

2.Stir in beaten egg and add kalabasa and shrimp.

3.Carefully drop 1 large spoonful of the mixture in preheated oil and deep fry until golden brown. Drain excess oil and serve with spiced vinegar.
