1. Mix breadcrumbs with evaporada and water. Add chicken, carrot and pickle relish. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Mix well.
2. Brush aluminum foil with a little oil. Flatten the mixture and place egg wedges in a row in the center. Roll tightly into a log.
3. Steam for 30 minutes. Unwrap and sauté until light golden brown. Slice, transfer on a plate and serve with preferred dipping sauce.
4 – 6 serving
Serve with a simple vegetable side dish.
Breadcrumbs and milk mixture may be replaced with 2 tbsp of grated cheese.

1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp evaporada, mixed with 2 tbsp water
1/4 kg ground chicken
1 pc small carrot, grated (50g)
1 tbsp pickle relish (20g)
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
1 pc hard boiled egg, cut into wedges
1 tbsp vegetable oil
