Pancit Canton with Maggi Magic Pork

Pancit Canton

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc small oninon, cut into strips
100 grams sliced pork belly
2 cups water
1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC Pork
2 tbsp Magi Soy
1/4 kg pansit canton
1 pc (50g) small carrot, cut into strips and blanched
1/4 head head (150g) small cabbage, sliced and blanched
6 pcs calamansi

Directions

1. Sauté garlic, onion and pork in oil.

2. Pour water and simmer. Season with MAGGI MAGIC Pork and Maggi Soy

3. Stir in noodles, carrot and cabbage. Transfer into a serving plate and serve.

Note:

Add vegetable like green beans, young corn, mushrooms and

snow peas to make the dish more nutritious.
