Ginisang Sardinas at Miswa

A unique way to prepare canned sardines, perfect when you're craving for soup

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc small onion, cut into strips
2 cups water
1 bundle miswa
1 sachet MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
1 tbsp sliced spring onion
1 can sardines in tomato sauce

Directions

1. Sauté garlic, onion and sardines in oil. Pour water and simmer.

2. Stir in miswa. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®.

3. Add spring onion. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.

Nutrition Information

Yield: 4-6 servings

GOOD TO KNOW:

Vegetables like patola, sayote and upo may be added.
