1. Boil pasta according to package direction.
2. Sauté garlic and onion in oil and tuna oil. Add tuna and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour tomato sauce and water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Stir in 2 tbsp of grated cheese.
3. Strain pasta and toss in the sauce with parsley. Transfer on a serving plate, grate 1 tbsp of cheese and serve.
Yield: 4-6 servings
Canned tuna may be replaced with canned anchioves or Spanish-style sardines.

1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
3 tbsp cheese, grated
1 tbsp minced parlsey
