1. Boil pasta according to package direction.
2. Season chicken with 1/4 sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Sauté chicken in butter. Add garlic, onion, and mushroom. Pour water and stir in 2 tbsp of gratred chesse. Season with remaining 3/4 sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and pepper.
3. Strain spaghetti and toss in the sauce and parsley. Transfer on a serving plate, grate 1 tbsp of cheese and serve immediately.
Yield: 4-6 servings
Add vegetables like broccoli, corn kernels, diced carrot or green peas for color, flavor and nutritive value.

1/4 cup sliced mushroom
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp grated cheese
1/2 cup Nestlé® All Purpose Cream
1 tbsp minced parlsey
