Fried Chicken 2-ways (Oyster Sauce)
1. Season chicken with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Coat well with
flour. Pan fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Set aside to drain excess
2. Remove oil from the pan leaving 2 tbsp. Sauté garlic, ginger and sugar. Pour
water and MAGGI Oyster Sauce. Simmer until thick.
3. Toss in fried chicken pieces. Transfer on a serving plate, top with spring
onion and serve immediately.
Fat : 23g
Coating chicken with flour prevents oil absorption of chicken while frying.
Best served with stir fried vegetables.

1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp sliced spring onion
